Refund policy

Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind
Returns for non-custom items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
