Production Time
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

• UK: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of 3D printing, small layer lines and minor surface variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects.
